We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager, Mr Li, was great and did his best to make up for some annoyances we experienced. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location of this place is incredible, as it is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The service provided here is top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a variety of other amenities such as package/parcel services and a dietician. The staff here are attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends without any hesitation.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable king size bed. The hot spring water in the tub was relaxing, especially while watching the snow outside. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of freshly made pastries.
The hotel's car service was unreliable, as they refused to drive due to icy roads without prior notice. The bathroom had a slight sewer gas odor and the AC was a bit noisy.

Spacious and airy rooms with a relaxing hot spring jacuzzi that was well maintained. the hotel's fitness center and swimming pool were well equipped and added to my overall experience. the breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of fresh pastries and other Chinese dishes that were freshly made.
The language barrier made communication difficult for me as the staff spoke mainly Chinese. the hotel shuttle service was not reliable, and it was challenging to get transportation to the city center, as the hotel wasn't centrally located.

The location of the hotel provided a scenic and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by private houses on a beautiful hill. the spacious room on the ground floor with a king size bed and hot spring jacuzzi by the window offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the hotel's breakfast buffet surpassed expectations with freshly made pastries of excellent quality. the manager went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience and the dinner was also great.
The staff's lack of helpfulness and prior notice regarding transportation options for catching the train was disappointing.
